Ivey Designs will provide an outline and a one page sample of the design
online for approval. |
| Ivey Designs will
retain one backup copy of files. |
| Copyright to be owned
by customer. |
| Placement of Ivey
Designs logo or text link on site and a reciprocal link will be placed
on Ivey Designs' portfolio. |

Payment |
| A 25% deposit is
required after approval of outline and sample. |
| Full payment is due at
time of official opening of site. |
| All recurring monthly
payments are due on the 1st of each month. |
